Preparing for fall?

So, first of all... can you smell the approaching fall? The air changes, the nature, the odours, everything prepares theirself for a long long rest, a three month sleep.
I love this period, fall is my favourite season.

Ain't No Place For Me

Photobucket

Where'll be the next place my soul can forget? A place without cars, people, noise. Soon I leave my home - again - and I'm a bit affraid. I suppose it's because of my astrological sign, I'm a Taurus and it's well-known they have a strong fear of change. Bullshit. Anyway, I really have.
The best thing I can think of now is retreating as a recluse to the mountains of New Zealand.
Okay, I know, London will be great, I talk shit. Anyway I must be nice to people... but if I can't here's the New Zealand idea as a second option. Sounds reassuring.

Hey Mom, do the skate

You know, how I feel about America () and what's my opinion about the great american dream so it's obvious I love everything what comes from there. I have never fantasized about my future "dreamkid" but I suppose I've found my answer. Just look at him! Ain't he the coolest youngster who you've ever seen? And what about the fantasies of your thirties-forties? Being like a likely lad, smoking weed and skating with your kids definitely counts cool. (Tell me a slang synonym of cool, I use it too much!!!) I need to learn skating. I want to break bones and get some bruises. Wanna join?

The outfits? Perfect.

I'M BACK (it seems)

Two months passed and it seems I can't live without blogspot. Actually I've got lazy in writing on tumblr - bad bad thing, and this reblogging, one shot/post is not my thing. So, no more useless words, I'm back, and going to write more about films, some kinda lazy, quicky film reviews, more music, thoughts, inspiration blabla and less fashion. I guess I've realized fashion is not my business. Currently I'm writing my first screenplay and book, trying to make some impressively cool music, learning English harder, reading a lot, and doing my everyday one-and-a-half-hour jogging. In September with my boyfriend we're going to move to London, trying to sell my works and getting into film industry, showing myself at thousands of castings, even working as an extra, anything, just to BE THERE. I know how hard it will be but I really wait for this tear-full fighting and I'm pretty confident in success. (At least I'm building self-confidence and trying to prepare myself for success, HAH. Am I pompous? Is this all gobbledygook? I might think it's more the words of a pushy little dreamer. Once you dream, dream big - that's my motto.)
Nowdays I mostly listen to 50s rock n' roll and country, so here's a woman who I have fallen in love with.
QUESTION FOR ADVANCED PLAYERS (you can answer I'm sure): this song was the soundtrack of which film?

Note: a website (!!!) is coming soon, and screenplay and book synopses, portfolio, music, videos and who knows what else. Oh and of course, this url will change.
Note #2: I'm wondering about changing my name, I don't like Anna Kazmanowski anymore. I have a new idea, you'll like it.
Note #3 (and then I stop being lazy and start continue today's hard work): Should I stay here, or back to tumblr? I'm puzzled, help me. Plus I know I'm annoying and untraceable with this lot of, unbearably lot changing, sorry for that.
Have a nice day kids!

Blood Pressures

I am older, again. I always live through my birthdays as a tragedy. I feel myself even more blighter. My luck is that there are some amazing people around me who try to make my big day fun, you know, every dog has his day. Usually they succeed in doing it and I forget about getting older and merge in the joy that this is the day when we can spend more and more money on crap, superfluous and silly things. So this was a good birthday, again.
Thank you for the cool new memories and presents.
Like this azalea - and some Jim Beam & Cola at the lakeside. Nice.

Plus one extra note. The new The Kills album. Genius, as always. This is my number one favourite track of it, it's on my "Don't give up" jogging playlist, too. I guess The Kills is one of the coolest bands ever, and I wish I could kill the guitar this cruel.
This is what I really feel recently: Future starts so slow.

ALBUM VERSION: ALBUM VERSION: ALBUM VERSION:
Well you heard about the Boston...
Honey, it’s not one of those...
Talkin’ bout the midnight... Shh...
Did ya see me jump the bedroom door…
I’m called a hit-n-run raper, in anger...
Or just a knife-sharpened tippie-toe...
Or just a shoot-em-dead, brain-bell jangler
Everybody got to go

Vomit pink

ATTENTION! THE FOLLOWING IMAGES MAY DISTURB YOU AND INSULT YOUR TASTE.

Vomit pink. Pink vomit. At the end of this post you'll feel it's coming up in your esophagus.
Actually pink is the color I don't really care for. I had a pink IKEA chair shunted to my brother's room, a pair of pink H&M thick tread shoes sold in my online shop, and a pink second-hand jumper given to my mother. That's all. So I totally run out of pink.
I had a pink post nine months ago, The colour of Barbie. Maybe I have to make one every year, D'oh!
Why?
No answer. There's something in this color I like, abstracted from clothing.
Compare the nine-months-old pink post, and this assemble. Do you see any differences? I do. I was more into fashion, more earth-bound, more narrow-minded. Now, I got differing ideas about pink and its availability. And I don't care about fashion anymore.

So should we convict pink and burn at the stake? (Recently I got a huge interest in medieval history, so allegories like this are expected frequently, cool, ain't it?)
Use pink. Use it as a bitch, a saint, a baroque poet or Rei Kawakubo would. Do not fear of pink. It has some mighty power but in wearing there's a thin line between looking rad and looking like an idiot.
Vincent Gallo can wear pink, for example. Britney Spears can't.
You know, what's pink the best for? Background.
Are you colorblind enough?

When I wake up
In my makeup
It's too early for that dress
Wilted and faded somewhere in
Hollywood
I'm glad I came here with your pound of flesh
No second billing, cause you're a star now
Oh, Cinderella they aren't sluts like you
Beautiful garbage, beautiful dresses
Can you stand up
Or will you just fall down?

Let the flowers be forgotten

Photobucket
Do ghosts exist? I mean, can we use the word exist in the case of a ghost? Burning questions. Where ghosts live? In the sky? Between the livings and the deads? In deserted homes? In punished little girls? What's the best thing to do when you meet with one of them? A deputy of the other world. It's not an X-File, it's for real. Ghosts for real. Let me think that... which are the best words to salute? "Welcome back", or "what's up?" sounds a bit offensive. I got a book, The Most Famous Ghosts in the World. I should read and maybe I'll get my answers.

Sleeping on the roof

When I'm fondling my little kitty, I always feel like a little silly girl who could sleep with her on the warm roof, every night. Warm lights and milk.

Sisters of Mercy

Here was the time to make an Asia inspirated post. From Aya Takano through Murakami Haruki to Akira Kurosawa and all the greatest ones called to my mind Hussein Chalayan and Chia Hui Liu, those wonderful niggling paintings and those terrible sea monsters. This is my little memoir. Now, pray for Japan.
