The weardrobe of the 8 Femmes

So here we are. Chanel. I was not in love at first sight. Can I say on a Chanel (!) couture (!) collection that I'm not interested in it? This question flashed in me when first fliped through the fall Chanel couture, and than I realized I can't be that degenerate. Am I not enough mature to Chanel or I don't understand the whole point of fashion-industry? And miracle happened: as I was trying to find the answer to my frustration, this feeling has crystallized in me: so I adore Chanel!
Megérkeztünk. Chanel.

Chanel Couture Fall 2010
Mature. The collection of the mature, the rich and the immaculate woman, the weardrobe of the 8 femmes who are looking for the potential murderer with restrained, at times flaring stress in a house which blocked from the outside world in Francois Ozon's movie. Of course this all is a big scam. Catherine Deneuve wears the dark, eastern, baroque dream, and Emmanuelle Béart wears the geometry of the XXI. century's skyscrapers. Because this collection is like this, and like that pearl-strapped porcelain doll in the box what tunes up and dances if you open. Magic, distraction, dignity. I love you Karl Lagerfeld, can I call you up?
(You must watch the videos: part 1, part 2.)

Chanel is not just a brand, it's a stylemark. With strong basics, with obligatory but continually refreshing properties. Where couture would be without Coco, and where we would be without Chanel. The back-to-back C characters, the tweed suit, the little black dress or the N°5 perfume are that basic parts of our lifes like the morning coffe, the mobile, the little black dress (so that's what I'm talking about) or the sex. Ok, I stop, but it's good to live we know Chanel exists and it's immortal.
